Why is the leafs doing something funny?

I dont know if this is normal or what but check this out? nothing extream but just wondering why?

Leaves can germinate already deformed. The plants always grow out of it. A little deformation in seedling leaves can also be caused by too much heat or light.

There under t5s so its not to hot, there about 5-6 inches away. To much light?
