WHY is this happening???

I noticed this within the past week a set of leaves has grown out of the top cola and bottom colas, why is it doing this? Is it good or bad?

I agree with swish, looks like you either lost a timer or have a serious light leak. Have never actually seen this before but exactly what i have read that would happen to a flowering plant with more than 1 candle foot of light hitting it during the dark.

there are always leaves growing out of buds, have a look at the new 420 High times Jan Issue, page 44, 46, 48 and so on. How long you been flowering? Looks like you have a few weeks to go yet.

Some things I noticed, your plant is too wet the leaves are cupping, let it dry out between watering, From the twisting of the leaves your light could be too close and it looks like some lock-up as shown in the veining of the leaves.

What size light?

Could be a light leak.

i agree that the plant looks like it's revegging. do you mean 3 months from seed or 3 months flowering? if that thing has been in the flowering phase for 3 months you definately have an issue with your timer or a severe light leak because there's no way that thing has enough sativa to take that long to finish. a regular light leak shouldn't do that. the plant would have to percieve the leak as real light to get new growth like that. try to be near the plants when the light comes on and when it goes off so you can make sure your timers work correctly. if the plant is revegging you need to fix it asap because it won't put the energy into ripening the buds.

How can i fix revegging? I ran 12/12 the whole time but i realised my timer messed up when the power went out and for some reason it was on 24/0 for the past weeks. What should i do? Most of the pistils on the buds are amber color the only ones that are still white are on the new leaves that formed should i just harvest it?

you had lights on a flowering plant 24/7 for weeks? May as well just harvest now and write this up as a learning experience. Start over and be careful this next time.
