Why no organics stickys?

Does anyone else agree that we could use some stickys in this organics forum? Everytime I come in here it's the same old questions. Just a "compost tea" sticky alone would answer like a third of the questions people post here.

If you've wandered around cannabis forums you've discovered few newbies read stickies or use search features. Part of the instant gratification mode that also precludes them from reading any books and develops brand name fanboys. Some forums also like the extra post count to sell advertising.
