Wierd bug

Sorry to be the newbie to outdoors but I said FUCK IT! this year. In two diff plots I saw the same kind of bug. I checked my beneficial to to un ben bugs for plants but it was not in there. Long with blue mostly but rainbow pretty much. Anyone please????

no ideas as to what it could be its a beautiful bug no harm yet just hope its not bud bugs. starting to get some good quurter and nikle size buds now.

I also hate going to this plot during the morning hours so tomorrow it is back.
