You are in reveg. Either you plant is getting it's dark cycle interrupted, or it has been stressed somehow (less likely).
Make sure it's getting under 12 hours of light with no interruption.

Is it a photo period plant? Is it outdoor or indoor?
If outdoor, are you in the northern hemisphere? When did you put it outdoor? It's not time to flower outdoors in the northern hemisphere. If you had it veging indoors under 18/6 or 20/4 or 24/0 light and then put it outdoors, the light change gave it a surge of flower hormones, and it was getting ready to flower. Since the days are long, it realized it's not flower time yet, and it is reverting to veg. As days get shorter toward the latter half of August (depending on latitude), it will start the flower stretch. It will finish flower sometime in October. It must not get light brighter than moonlight during the dark period, or it will not flower properly.
Hi they were planted the first of May I live in the south Florida area on the East Coast you don't get 12 + 12 September right now we're at 13 then 11 UV index extreme quick growth what's in the dirt ?in and the budding flowers are getting blackstrap molasses at the 1/2 a shot g l ass once a week dirt 20 npk fertilizer
