As long as it wasn't a constant 100 degrees for a while you should be ok. I had some seedlings that happened to for a few days straight and it stunted them for a few days.

100??? damn you must have one small grow area. should be ok, but you need to get the temp down arounf 75-80 if you want to get anything worth the time out of your plant.
If they are still alive and you have removed them from that heat, they should survive. If you are asking if they can grow in those temps the answer is no.
the only one that can grow in that is the mexican dessert strain never herd of it o thats cause its called a cactus here in america lol hopefully they live
