will herbies resend beans that are lost/confiscated in the mail?

im in the usa and began looking at herbies. they seem to have everything i want to order (so i can place one order from one seedbank) but im curious to know if they guarantee shipping. i skimmed the faq's and couldnt find anything.

anyone have experience/knowledge on this topic?

sorry. nevermind. i found my answer. but if you have any experience with herbies id love to hear it (usa customers mostly)

Sorry, i read your post and actually had the same question. As i am also in the US. Herbies does have some good things. i also looked at a bank named "Original Seed Bank" they have some nice choices. where did you find your anwser and or what was it? if you dont mind me asking? Thanks,

its in the faq in the red bold section. i glanced at it but i thought it only spoke of delayed shipping times...on the bottom it said something about how youd have to wait till it hasnt arrived for x amount of days before a replacement order would be sent.

so that answered that question. good thing is they dont make you pay for it (its not an option during checkout like attitude)

i thought that was nice. the lack of pick and mix still bugs me but they have a fabulous promo going on in which you receive more seeds for the more you spend. pretty decent deal. might go with them.
