Will It Hermie?

I had this seed....

I got this bud, guy said it was Great White Shark, but it had seeded. Just as I had thought, it was a hermied plant. All the seeds I tried from it hermied, about half dozen plants. The buds were good though, a very pretty plant that stunk incredibly. I also had some (allegedly) C-99 clones growing at the time. The GWS hermied predictably, and some pollen had seeded the C-99. The C-99 grew, flowered, and gave me a couple seeds which I planted. Most didn't grow, but a couple did, they are now about a week old and are looking very nice.

So I'm wondering, will these plants be likely to go hermie, or is it a crapshoot?

If the c99 is not prone to hermie it could cut the chances of the seeds being prone to hermie but they will still have some of the hermie traits from the gws.

You really can't know for sure.

The herm/mum being from a batch of seeds that hermed- you could say a tendency seems to run in the genetics (or you abuse them in just the right way :P). But even with that- crossing a plant doesn't promise you which genetics will be passed on or not.

All you know for (near) certain is that it will be a female plant you got there. Treat it extra kind and hope for the best
