Will my indoor plants go into shock if I put them in the sun?

Alright, theres some work I want to do to my grow room tomarrow. If I put them in the sun while I'm working on the room, will something happen to them? Or when I bring them from the sun back to the 1000 watt lights will they be OK? I heard that changes in light can throw them into shock. also I don't have a big enough tray for all my plants, is there any Ideas on how to make a home-made tray? I have plastic down but moisture is still soaking the floor.

well if you are worried about them going into shock, why don't you just put them by a window that is still well lit but not direct sunlight? personally i would rather sacrifice one day of fast growth rather than having 3 days of shock. but idk, everyone else seems to think they will be fine.
 
one day would probably not affect them, but i had some tomatoe plants, after 2 days outside, after a life inside, they nearly died on me, about half of the branches wilted and died. they were also young plants, only about a foot high
 
Alright, I brought them outside. They veged outside a few weeks ago. I'm just worried about stuff and better safe thn sorry. They seem to like it, leaves are pointed toward the sun like they're trying to grab it.
 
They did good in the sun. I made a home made tray today. It drains threw a hose under my house. I live on a mountain side so under my house is outside kinda. Here's pics of my babies and what I did.

those sativas will be fine and be loving it in th e full sun
 
Is Great White Shark a Sativa? I have mostly GWS and White Widow didn't plan on the GWS in the begaining. Thats what's close in the pic. I favor my white widow though
 
She's A Blue Nose. She's BAD! Loyal and hella smart. She's all muscle. Hangs from a tree all the time to work her jaws.

thats whats up she looks like she is hella game how much she wiegh? around 40 or so?
 
yeah, around that. she's not really big, but she get's down. Really nice most of the time. but if someone even gets loud with me my wife or my kids, she's on point. Perfect mountain dog.

thats a fighting breed for sure. i dont like them 100 pound gotti or razors edge pitts they pussy. big for nothing.
