Will the lower light deprivation on the lower canopy grow back to norm?

Will this lime green diss formed undergrowth bounce back if given sufficient light or should I cut it off

Looks funky. I would clean the bottoms up. Nothing good will come from them and I would prefer the plant to put its energy toward the healthier tops

honestly cut it all out do a lollipop you can clone some of it remove the entire lower 3rd of the plant and the tops will grow huge

Also, you're going to have a mess on your hands after stretch. I would have cleared the bottoms and flipped 2-3 weeks ago
