Will these lights work for the side?

Hello all,
I am designing a small grow box for my room. It's going to be 2 41oz plastic tubs stacked on top of eachother with CFL's at the top.
My question is, I was thinking of putting lights on either side of the tubs to i can get light shining everywhere in my box.
I got one of these lights from my work, i want to get another one.Will these work?

8 watts,400 lumens,4.2k color.it would be a waste, add more CFLs

What I wanted to do would be to change the bulb out.

What then would you guys suggest?

8 watts aint getting you no where n the color temp isn't idea...i would go with a shitload of cfls high color temp for veg low for flower mixed works best sumthin like 1-3 ratio for different stages. i rigged up my own fixtures with plywood , y splitters for fixture n cord.
