Do you guys think this will work? I no it's cheap but will it get the job done? Im kinda on a tight budget but I could just buy a regular expensive one if needed.

man, if i need cheep stuff / working on a budget i goto propertyroom.com i know it may sound crazzy, but they sell police seased property... its a third party company, its not like your buying it from the police, rather your buying it from the comapny that is in charge of offloading the seased merchandise... new stuff is always better, but if your a zero dollars, you can put together a 1000watt hps setup for under 100bux off there auctions... check out there other catigories, then look under comershial nursery supplies

but sure they could, then again everying you do on the internet is monitoered in one way or another... tunz of people use ebay... thats all stored some ware...

grow lights are perfectly legal, people comming to your house becouse you bought 1 item, is a ludicris idea.... there is no way they could get a warent...

besides, if your worried have a buddy order it... and its not like you have to get it from there, i'm just saying its the cheepest place to get stuff, cuz most people are scared... so the megoity of people who buy stuff there, resell it on ebay... most of them are with in driving distance of the pick up areas... so they get the stuff really cheap, no shipping.. then resell it at a decent price...

if i was looking to get some cheap stuff i'd just have a buddy order it from there for me... when ordering grow equipemt should go by the same rules as ordering seeds, buy them in person if you can, if not have it shipped to a secondairy location....

anyway, this is all just about food for thought... some people may find it as a good way to get inexpensive equipment considering they had a place to order it to, for security reasons.. plus, its not the poepoe... its a company that has a contract with the poepoe.. this is stuff that has prollbubly been in storage for 1 - 2 years... maybe longer.. i'm sure they have tunz... most of it comes from california... like i said tho... its not my first choice in quipment, but if i was dead ass broke... its the cheapest aproach...
