Will this design work?

I was wondering, I have a little box that would work great as a grow room, but I am not sure if it would work as far as the size of the area. Its about 16 inches in height and 20 in width, the depth is definantly fine. I already have an idea so that I do not take space up for ventilation or a fan, is there a way that this would allow me to vegge, and flower?

maybe a very small SOG grow. exact dimensions are needed however.
