Will this grow me some dank @$$ tweed?

Hello, am looking to setup a grow room with low energy lighting, have been looking at LED grow lights woudl prefer to grow with these, but i want to know if they are powerful enough for proper good tweeds and yields. Some of the website claim that they are as powerful as hps lamps between 600-1000 watts. Please could anyone tell me if any of these grow lights will grow me some dank ass tweed and how many could it produce, thanks.

Those work well as supplemental lighting, but not by themself. Like if you had a 400W HID + the LED light, you would grow some real thick nugs. Most pure LED grows I have seen either yield airy buds, or people spend over $1,000 on those units (by buying 5 or so) When a 1000W Hps +bulb+reflector is $180+shipping.
