Will this grow tent be decent?

Hey guys, sorry I'm a lurker just wondering if you could help me out here. Would this set up be decent for growing a plant or 2?

This is one of our most popular kits for growing the good stuff.
For the lights, you've got 2 main CFL bulbs - 6400k and 2700k. One is used for the growing stage, the other for flowering. These bulbs are 130w so they are energy saving as opposed to HID lamps. You also have 2 LED panels that work as support lights on the sides of the tent. They are always on and they don't consume much energy, only 13w,

the tent will last maybe 2/3 years not the best but can work
as for the lights they are correct as far as i can see
....but i would tell u just to replace the lights with all LED

the down side to CFLs they do not have to much depth (why they added those LEDs to sidewalls for u )

as for the total cost......add up all the watts for everything used in this ......look up your local kilowatt a hour rate then do the math for 1 hour and u can do that 1 hour rate for how ever many hours
your power bill will go up 50 bucks or more depending on the number of days they cycle the bill

Would you be able to point me to a cheap led light that would be a suitable replacement? Please and thank you.
I'm not worried about the tent, I can always replace that with built-ins.

this is the maker not a retailer ....contact them for a price they will sell u 1 light or 1000........i been using them for a year now and they work great for me
the page has all the info and details ......just rem that they are showing it to u in Meters not feet ( u post a AU ebay so guessing aussy )

I'm saving for a budmaster led but for now I have a 225 led 45w panel for one plant
