will this kill my babys

ok i have 2 plants under (3) 42 watt cfls their about 3 weeks the round little leaves are barley hanging on the stems are thick and hard as a rock i jus feed them 1/4 nutes mg i know it sucks but thats all i have but my question is will my plant die or get brn if i feed them 1/4 of a solution every water how often should i feed plz help pro's​
 
The seeds themselves contain enough nutrients for the first three to four weeks and many people will go a week or more after that before feeding a ¼ or 1/3 solution of nutes. Don’t kill your plants with kindness by feeding them early or by over watering them.

i seen on a offical site were it says dont
for the first 1 and second weed then its ok
to feed them a weak solution
 
ur soil will cover the fisrt few weeks then u only really need to nute once a week until the forth week into flower i'll do 2x a week but always 1/4 unless there lacking on something

it doesnt matter if its a weak solution. theres nutes still in the dirt so ur making the nutes that are going into the plant to high to fast. what are you using for soil?
