Its about 9 inches tall now and its 5 weeks old but the foliage is nuts.

What do you want it to do?

How fast do you expect it to grow? If you want it to grow faster add more lumen.

there nothing wrong with it. it look lovely and like above said what do u wont it to do for its age. i it 3 weeks into veg and looks great. so its doing what it meant to

Add more light in there, looks like only one side of the plant is getting light. Whatever lights your using with the reflector you should replace with some higher wattage CFL's, you can pick up a 55 watt bulb for about $10-$15 at your local walmart.

I'll bet you transplanted directly into that 3-gallon pot, didn't you? Come on, admit it, you were too lazy to let
the plant get comfortable in a small 4-inch pot or so and went straight into the big pot.That is why growth appears so slow.

New seedlings only grow roots when first in dirt. Until their roots hit the side of the pot you will see little growth above ground. That's why we TP first into
a small pot and let it grow there a bit. Forces the plant to grow more sideways.
