How Many Per Plant? Also, It Doesnt Say "day Light" Is That Ok?

Ye man. Get atleast 3 per plant once theyr out of the seedling stage. You want Warm white for flowering(if your going to flower with cfls, i dont recommend) If your light is blue ish light comming off then you should be fine to grow with them for veg.

It Says "soft White-regular,everyday Light" Can I Use This One?

Yea you can use that one but like bigbud said that will be a warmer temp which is ideal for flowering, the daylight bright (5-7000k) will be better for vegging. but if your using cfls the whole way through you can get a couple of each and only switch out the day light brights with soft/warm colored bulbs for flowering. it all depends on how meticulous/how much money you wanna spend
