Alrighty, so a few days ago I noticed some mites, five of them, and went at them with shock and awe; each plant was sprayed down with neem, apparently enough to run down and kill the beneficials in my reservoirs; I then decided to change the reservoirs, and discovered my pH electrode was faulty! So, I filled up the reservoirs with R/O, sealed up the tent, hung a HotShot No Pest Strip, turned off my big lights and hung a 150W CFL so temps would stay down while sealed.
Today I opened up everything to add nutrients, and check for mites; the mites were dead/gone, but the plants were doing great! However, I then noticed some fuzz around the base of a few plants:

I posted a thread about this, and that along with other research has lead me to believe that it's cobweb mold; makes sense given the tent was sealed and became quite humid. It seems the answer is H2O2, fresh air, and low humidity; unsealing the tent handles the need for air just fine, and the dehumidifier is running again as well (was off while sealed due to temps).
I refilled the reservoirs with:
5 gallons R/O
40ml FloraMicro
80ml FloraBloom
6.2ml CalMag
5ml Epsom Salts
20ml ThriveAlive Red
5ml Floralicious Plus
pH 5.75
I then went to the new local hydro shop in order to find a solution to the mold, as the old one had closed; the new one was completely useless, and didn't have any fungicides which would work either. I returned and found this:
Uploading seems to be reorienting my pictures... lame.
Anyway, that one plant is wilted (not a plant I saw mold on), but as you can see it has a decent root system considering that it was transplanted five days ago, and the three of those days all it got was R/O and low light. It reminds me of clones which dry out, and given how high the humidity was while the tent was sealed, it might just be shock... but fuck. I threw one of my single plant domes (read: gatorade bottle) over it, but it doesn't seem to have helped (or hurt).
I'm still unsure about spraying them directly with H2O2, but everything about cobweb mold I come across is in relation to shrooms, or cannabis planted in dirt, not aero (which makes me doubt over watering isn't the answer to that wilt).
Currently the RH is at ~50% (hard to say as the tent is open), and the temp is ~70°F; my big lights are still off as dry and cool was recommended for the mold, so just the 150W CFL, though I feel like turning them on might help?
Additionally, I have a microbial tea in the process of brewing, would that help? That's the reason I haven't hit them with H2O2 just yet, and I have yet to find a definitive amount to use...

EDIT: Yes, there were sulfur deficiencies as a result of whatever my pH was, that was fixed with a foliar and the nutrient solution replaced as I mentioned.
