So tropical storm isaias hit us pretty hard here. with mostly wind, not much rain. sustained ~40 mph gusting to 70 for a few hours. The girls took it on the chin with minimal damage. Now I have seen wind burn on leaves before and at first I thought thats what it was. Strangely all the trees in the area look like its October the leaves are dead! I have been talking to some people and we are starting to think its from the salt in the wind. I live about three miles from the shore. Has anyone seen this happen before? Is it even possible? This is the worst damage, three days after the storm.
