youd win in courtNow can us medical consume in a car? Cause I’m constantly vapping while the wife drives....
Is it illegal for other's to consume in a moving vehicle.......I dunno? Now can us medical consume in a car? Cause I’m constantly vapping while the wife drives....
No. I'm the same way with medicating while the wife drives....might have to change that. Vaping would be easier to get away with cause they don't have the cloud of smoke to tip them off..Now can us medical consume in a car? Cause I’m constantly vapping while the wife drives....
yes they are trying to say that but MEDICAL IS DIFFERENT FOR SURE 100%Is it illegal for other's to consume in a moving vehicle.......I dunno?
The best thing is unless you blow a cloud in someones face there is virtually no smell. My wife can be vaping right beside me and there is virtually no odor.No. I'm the same way with medicating while the wife drives....might have to change that. I feel for a moment or two there is an odor in the car because is so enclosed. That's with my puffco and terpy oil or rosin though. I do think a stink would smell that. The best thing is unless you blow a cloud in someones face there is virtually no smell. My wife can be vaping right beside me and there is virtually no odor.
Another friend used to call the little fold out windows on the bunk of his rig "pot vents".An open window helps a lot while moving.
From what I can tell it says that medical has the same rules for consumption as rec users. Which doesn’t make any sense due to it stating hospitals had to make designated areas for patients to medicate so who knows....Someone is trying to convince me that medical is safe from these ridiculous rules...can anyone show me the law that states this?....from what I understand, over their limit is over their limit regardless of whether or not you are a patient.
HaHaHaHaHa! Awesome!Ha ha
A few years ago, when the gov started cracking down on texting and driving, a friend of mine had an epiphany. He saw people would pull over off the highway in approaches to talk or text on cell phones. That is when he decided to bring blades and a torch, everywhere he goes. When he wants a hoot, he pulls over like someone who is using their phone. Lights up the torch, heats up a butterknife, or two, and has a couple hoots of hash, oil or shatter. Puts his stuff away and continues on in the direction he is going to. Seriously, he has been doing this for years and has never been caught.
Over the 30g possession or over as in 'impaired'? My take, Patients fall into the same rules for impaired driving - but the 2 and 5 ng bullshit won't stick. If you are baked enough to fail a walk the line, touch your nose test, you'll be busted. The possession limit stays the same - 150g for patients.Someone is trying to convince me that medical is safe from these ridiculous rules...can anyone show me the law that states this?....from what I understand, over their limit is over their limit regardless of whether or not you are a patient.
