Winter grow in Alicante, Spain

I have just arrived in Alicante and will be here for one year, its still hitting 30degrees C but will eventually drop down to the 20's.

Anyway I am moving into an apartment tomorrow and while being shown around this morning I noticed a 4 foot plant on the balcony. Didnt look great (wasnt look after well)
But I have been wondering... If I pop some seeds soon what condition will the plants be in?

sunrise at 7.30am
sunset at 8pm ish. (direct light in the mornings)

If I pop some seeds now will they just flower and turn out pants? I was thinking I might get a few weeks of veg in before they flower and if im lucky pull an ounce per plant.

Anyone have any ideas?
Ive always grown indoors so not sure how they will take it.

any advice welcome.

ta :)

Pretty sure the average temperature for winter here is like 50 degrees.

I dont know what temps that low will do to the growth of the plant. but I dont think it would ever drop below 40 here.

I had plants growing in 40's and 50's this year and they did just fine! Probably could have gotten larger yield with higher temps but...i still got an ounce off each 24 inch plant.
