winter growing in zone11+

This is my first grow not including some fail attemps with bagssed at age 15. Any who I live in PR ( purto rico) I germ 5 Papaya seed (mango x ak47) I manage to acquire. At a fail attempt at hydroponic using dwc and cfl's I salvage 3 sprouts and 2 are female. I quickly potted the Female in 3gal potts. with mulch on the bottom abot 3inches(think help with drainage) the rest with regular potting soil. Now it has been 30days and the one is punity and showing buds, pistils, n trics and the other is less than one foot and manage to get 3 one inch cuutings and one show signs of rooting, I did this to have more fems. Some other info are I stuck them outside on jan 5th. Have to water everday cause of the heat here soil dry fast. They are on my roof gets about 11hrs of direct sun due to north side of the mountain my house is at. I fert them 4 times using regular 20,20,20 at manufacture recommed usage. And stuck miracle grow sticks I foundat home depot which had micro nutes they are green about 1 1/2 inches long comes with a liitle spike to poke a hole in the soil. When I get the laptop I post pics.

Things I want help with
1. Should I try seeding the buuding female with a male that is pollinatingof the same strain. To hopefully acruire sseds for next grow. Even though she is small.
2. Should I stop taking cuttings let themgrow.
3. Can I let them outside and when it get dark put them inside under 5k daylight cfl

Any info will be apprecriated.
