wite widow wont flower

for some dumb reason i tried to bloom outside in my patio in feb and ive been covering up the girl at nite so the porch lite wont make her grow. for the past three weeks she's been growing pistils slowly up to the tops of her and now she is just now starting to show at the tops. she only got 6 weeks left supposidly.

Its probably not getting sufficient light, therefore its developing slowly.
