Wolfen's 1st Grow "Killer Bagseeds"

Alright guys Ive been reading tons for the last 5+ weeks and I think Ive learned alot so far. I made one mistake with the MG and thats about it so far.My babys are 3 1/2 wks old and I just repoted them to new soil.I went with the Fox Farms Ocean soil since it was only 18 bucks and it wont nute burn my babys like Mg organix started too.Being that this is my 1st grow I am useing CFL lights but I will upgrade when my budget allows.I have not added any nutes yet since I just transplanted last night.I went with the Adv.Nut. Grow,Micro and Bloom. for this 1st grow.Height is a restriction since my cabinet is 4 foot tall i wanna keep em short so I plan on flowering soon.I did water em with Super thrive after I repoted last night.If I am correct moisture should be around 5-6 right ?Guys i need all the help i can get an really want your imput. I am useing 8 26 watt daylight CFLs and have 8 26 watt soft warm CFL for flowering i only plant on 3-4 plant tops at a time. Right now I have 3 plants.Heres some pics of what I have so far and my set up.I WILL post lots of pics as I go so pleae share ure knowledge with me.

The ladies are 4 wks this monday and are looking alot better now since i transplanted them into the Fox famr soil this past saturday.The leasves are perking up and the color is a deep green.I am useing the 2 litter,sugar and yeast C02 im the morning for about an hour or so.I am just wondering when do i hit them with the nutes after I transplanted them.Its time to water tomorrow , should I do it now? Also the Adv.Nut table says too start with the Grow Micro and Bloom all at once but Ive read to start with Grow and Micro for veg 1st then Micro and Bloom for flower? Well heres a few pics 2 days later after saveing them from Miracle grow Organix. They look way better.As you can see on the lower leaves the MC was nute burning them.That stuff is crap never again. I think i should top em soon also.I also picked up 2 42watt soft white CFl and plan on getting 2 more, i hope that willl be enough?

ANYONE? Do I add nutes now ? or wait a bit longer??

Well since nobody responded to my nute question Ill hold off on them for a few more days.I did add 4 more 26 watt day CFL makeing it a total of 12 but the temp went up about 7 degrees so I left the door open and its at a steady 78-79 degrees.Ill be honest Im a bit dissapointed in the lack of comments.advice or suggestions I have received so far.

They look a bit small for being 4 weeks old?

Wow I was way off on when these ladies sprouted.I looked back on some old pics they were from the 29th of dec.So there a little over 2 wks old going on 3 wks.Well I went ahead and gave em some nutes. I gave 0.15 ML of Advanced Nutrients Grow and 0.15ML of Micro since everyone advices only too start with 1/4 of the recommended dose and man they are loveing it.By the pics you can see there takeing off.My ph is good and moisture is perfect.Im debating on going 12/12 on the 4th wk of to wait a bit longer.I cant get them get any bigger than 3ft tall due too cabinet size.What do u guys recommed??Here are some pics. Oh yea and by the way guys target has an awesome syringe u can get for nutes.They have one that starts at 0.1 ML and goes to 1.0ML and another that starts at 1.0 ML and goes to 10.0ML and the best part is there free! Just tell them u need to give ure cat some medicine.
