Wondering about Hermies

I was reading different posts, and a thought occurred to me. In the eventuality that I have a plant either genetically or stress induce, go hermie, would cutting or plucking the male flowers allow me to still produce a product of decent quality? I mean I know I wouldn't want clones or breeding stock from hermies, but can quality be maintained?

Of you get all the male flowers off, then the answer is yes - but, they are tricky little devils & have a tendancy to hide pretty well. If you miss a couple you will still end up with good bud, it just will have a few seeds in it.
