Would it be possible to convert this cabinet into a grow box

the taller the better, thats roughly what mines in although mine is a touch taller at 35 inches, but looks like you could make a small flowering chamber pretty easy. the wood should be easy enough to cut for exhaust and venting issues.

It's possible. Is size an issue? I go on craigslist and buy a used armoire and convert that. The price may be similar and you'll get a lot more for your money. Space wise it'll be beneficial.

almost any cabinet can be made into a chamber with the right amount of creativeness. Size/space is a different story.
