Would it be safe for me to grow? live in cali on federal property

I'm a student at california state university monterey bay... i live in the senior apartments about 2 miles from campus...

now this university is built on a former army base... fort ord...

if i have a card that is legal to grow 10x10 or up to 99 plants can i grow here? isn't it medication?

i know that it is against federal drug laws, but didn't obama say that he won't be prosecuting anyone?

am i risking too much by starting this? should i move before i start?

all opinions welcome, thanks

well, if you have a card, i wouldn't worry about it at all... i am sure that aslong as you only grow a few plants for personal use, you should be fine.. but saying this, does anyone from the uni come in to your place at all for anykind of reasons? if so, i would be a lil leary about growing, as even if you have a med card, it may still be against the uni's regs to be growing on there property which is where your real problem may come from.. all though you may not have any legal ramifications from growing, you may end up getting kicked out of uni, and that would really suck as you said that your in your sr. year, or is it that your just in the sr. dorms? if you are indeed a sr, i would say just wait the four or so months till your all done with school and get a place of your own..

very little traffic from uni personel... i think the worst thing that can happen to me is i get kicked out of housing...

the plants wouldn't be for personal use... i want to grow as much as i can... i already sell a good amount and want to start working for myself
