Would These PC Fans Work?

Hello All,
I am planning to grow in 2 41gal rubbermaid tubs stacked on top of each other. I was looking around for ventilation information and noticed some people use 2 different kinds of fans for veg and flower, is this necessary?
I found these computer fans at Bestbuy and thought they could work. What do you guys think?

I also have a quick question about intake. People are telling me to use passive intake but i don't quite understand how to set that up.

Thanks for your help

I'm ure the fan will work but if it's adequate IDK. I et up ome PC hans in a grow box i built but it wa still too hot. It' all dependant on the temperature outside the box and also the amount of heat put out by the light and stuff inside. I'd ay the bigger the better really. People are probably using different fan for veg and bloom because they are using more lights to flower and more ventilation is required. Passive intke means that you don't need a fan to draw in the air, the air being ventilated out will draw in fresh air from a hole.

Okay, thanks :)
I will be growing with CFL's, and I will be putting a carbon filter on the PC Fans so i need enough pull to keep the airflow strong through the filter. The filter I will be using I got from Wolfman Zen's https://www.rollitup.org/do-yourself/101248-best-diy-ez-walmart-carbon.html
I'll try to look for bigger fans then.

And about the passive intake, so all i need to do is cut a hole in the box? no vent over it, i dont need anything else?
