Would this branch get enough light during flower?

I am a half day into flower and I sort of had an epiphany on whether i shouldve cut these two lower branches off during my last defoliation/prune. It seems to be prospering but I fear not enough light (if any at all) is going to make it on these lower branches enough to give me sufficient buds. This is a small plant so I would like to get maybe 20-28 grams from her but im less confident on how it would go. My question is would it have been better to cut those branches off or will they still give me good buds even with the low light?

The lower branches should get enough light. It's pretty small, and the light should have a longer throwing distance than the size of it. You can expect your plant to double, and even triple in size, during flower. So after your plant has stretched some, and is starting to show flowers, you can trim away lower leaves that aren't getting much light. This will divert some of the energy used to support those trimmed fans to other more beneficial leaves and buds.

If you want to get some more yield, you can place 23w CFL lights around the lower parts of the plant. You can get them within inches of the plant, without much heat, as the ballast bases are at the opposite end of the light. Even CFLs can add heat over time, so watch the temps.

No way dude don't cut those branches off. If anything just trim away some lower fan leaves but leave the branch there's nice tops on the ends. Trim away a few fan leaves blocking those tops on the end of the branch and you'll probably end up with at least an extra eighth.

Thanks i didnt even think of getting another small light. Probably a small red light of some sort
