Would you see a significant change with one feeding

For example let’s say I double nitrogen for 1 feeding. Would that be all it takes to get a little N toxicity? The example would be a perfect plant before hand lol
I’m using soil, indoors with Heavy 16 and about a month into Veg for a little reference.
Just a basic question to get some opinions

If you need quick results, foliar feed. Don't foliar weed once in you're in flower (~3 weeks after flipping to 12/12).
