Wrinkly, blotchy, yellowing leaves?

Hey Growers,
Anyone help me with this problem.
Leaves are wrinkly, new growth I think getting a bit twisted. Roots are white and look good so don't think it's a root rot issue.
See photos.
Thanks in advance.

The bumps on the leaves look like a genetic issue.

Thanks, but I don't think so, grown this strain many times, cuttings from mother plants, when healthy they don't have this issue. I'm suspecting maybe a leaf fungus issue, but not getting any real improvement with neem sprays.

What is your nutrient solution measuring at? I had plants do something similar to this when my EC meter went out of calibration. Where do you keep your pH at?
Thanks, EC is 1.0, PH is between 5.8 and 6.1. I've checked the calibration on both (even EC I don't really need to calibrate because I know from experience 40ml of A and 40ml B in 10L always comes out EC 1.0).
Everything was going fine, same as many previous grows, we just had a couple weeks really wet weather and high humidity, that's why I'm thinking it could be a fungal thing, that and everything else is same as I've had dialled in for many grows with same N.L strain)

If everything is in check with EC and pH, the only other thing I can think of, other than fungal, would be a batch of nutes on the diluted side. Did you just crack open a new bottle of anything? New nutes, new pH adjusting solution, new bottle of cal/mag?

Ok thanks, no, everything is the same re nutes and EC and PH. If it's fungal then neem is not helping at all and I thought there would be some improvement. I'm doing a flush now, then I will try changing to a totally different brand of nutrient solution. Getting worried I'm gunna lose this strain I've had for years if this batch of cuttings don't make it because the mother is already in flower.

Looks over watered as well, droopy leaves. Could be a combination of over watering and over nutrient. It is a small pot as well, their roots like to stretch.

Thanks, small pot is just for early cutting stage, I normally transplant to larger pot about this growth stage (in fact 4 out of the 5 cuttings have been transplanted already, they are all showing the same symptoms to some degree although this one is a bit worse.) Watering schedule is 15min 4 times a day top feed, this watering schedule I've used successfully for quite a few grows. E.C is 1.0 so be surprised if it's overfed, same level as I've used before.
I've transplanted one of the 5 to coco now, see if anything changes. The other 4 I've just done a flush with plain 6.0ph water over night. Then will change to some different hi-gen nutrients at 0.5EC and will see if any change.
Happy to hear any other suggestions, getting desperate to save this N.L strain now as its done me good for years.

I posted it might be genetic earlier. I'm guessing the majority of the regular troubleshooters aren't touching this post because they aren't sure what's causing it.
Maybe if you post some good pics of the overall health of the mother plant you put in flower that you took the clones from and some pics of the other clones with the mild symptoms somebody might see something and chime in.

Ok, thanks, here are some pictures from the other clones, slightly milder symptoms but still not good. New growth is all bitter and twisted. I'll try and get photos of mum soon.
One other thing I've just discovered, I've been testing the PH of the plain flush water, PH6 when I start but rises very fast to PH7 within about 12 hours. So dumped that flush water and re-flush, some thing ph rise from 6-7 in about 12hours. The PH with nutrient solution was staying stable so that seems really weird. So I'm currently keep re-flush and changing the reservoir to plain water a couple of times a day and hope the PH stabilises.
