WTF is this little yellow bug?

They are very small and slow reproducing.A month ago I noticed stippling but never could find any bugs. The Dr.Zymes was not 100% effective. Will use spinosad perhaps.They don't do much damage but it was a shock to find a pest I have never seen before indoors. They look like an immature stage maybe but I have not seen any adults in a months time. They are sap suckers and cause minor stippling.There is a fungus gnats wing in photo that shows it's relative size.

Some kind of greenhouse thrip I bet. I may have gotten them when I recycled about 20 one gallon pots a landscaping crew threw in a dumpster. I put them in my backyard and never really cleaned them like I should have. I think they spread from one plant that was potted in one of those pots. However they appeared now I am going to have to clean my tent good after harvest.IMG_20240926_051057.jpg I thought this grow was going to be bug free but it's rats on the west side bed bugs uptown.
