-switched from 24/0 to 18/6 three days ago.
-lighting with one 26w CFL 18/6.
-temp 73-78 usually.
-humidity 35-45%
-switched from spray watering to bout half a cup to a cup pHed water every 2 days cuz I thought water droplets on leaves were burning it
-In about a half gallon pot with holes in sides and bottom (pic lower)
-50% FF happy frog 50% Pro-mix (so it shouldn't be nute burn..?)
-top-dressed a little bit of garden lime about a week ago
-No nutes have been added yet. ( Is it time for nutes to be added??)

Seems to not be getting better at all after I bought pH meter 3 days ago
and have been making sure it has a pH of 6.3-6.6 every watering

I have maxicrop liquid seaweed, jamaican bat guano and earthworm castings ready for when it gets bigger.
Is it time to start adding 1/4 strength nutes of Nitrogen ??
Does it look like nitrogen deficiency ??

You are absolutely right the foliar spraying is not a good idea when the lights are on, if you wana spray her wait till the lights are ready to go out, then spray away. And yes hit her with a 1/4 strength NPK nute

I can't say for sure what is wrong with your plants, but I do think that soil mixture should have enough nutes in it to last a little longer. If it were N deficiency I'm pretty sure it would have lighter green leaves. Sorry I can't be more help

If it were water droplets why isn't the top foliage burnt and dying? It looks like nutrient burn to me. Cannabis seedlings require very little nutrient at first.

Oww is that how one gets people to answer questions

I'll +1 the comment above from Annie free of rep-charge. I'm not familiar with happy frog but pro-mix sounds heavy, seedlings in soil barely need anything more than water and it's best to start them off in a soil with a very low amount of nutes. If it doesnt get worse after feeding just water a few times she'll surely outgrow it.

Actually the Pro Mix is coco coir and perlite pretty much. The problem is coming from the FF Happy Frog unless I miss my guess. But I am hydro not soil and that how nute burns looks on mine. Hopefully a soil guy will be along shortly to help out as well.

Ok thanks, I think we have a pro mix of some brand here that contains so many nutes you barely have to add nutes at all. Might be "pre" instead of "pro"...

I just switched from soil to hydro and I can tell you nute burn on either medium looks very much the same :) Still some doubt because so far I only had it start at the tips and edges of leaves, i.e. never like the one at the bottom of pic 1 above. Then again, I wouldn't let ot get this far.
