I'm growing Super Skunk but only one has a smell and this is week 4 into flowering, does anyone know what's going on

Give it time. Also curing will really be where you're smell and flavor profiles will take place anyhow. I have some that smell strong while growing and some that don't and they all change after harvest and cure.
