WTH are these?

Greetings everyone!
I was moving some pots around in my tent earlier and as I did I saw these very tiny and by “tiny” I mean they are 1mm in length if not the thickness of a common fingernail. My eyes are terrible and I have to thank having my glasses on earlier otherwise I would have missed them. I do not see any atop the soil. I only see activity where the holes in my pots are on the bottom. They don’t appear to fly. I actually had to use my cell phone through a magnifier to capture them.
Any ideas?

Looks like a springtail to me, they are not bad and can be beneficial. They eat decaying matter. They can be a sign of problems if you have a severe outbreak, but not to worry if you have some here and there.

Idk what they are but here's a springtail for comparison, they're distinctive with their jumping movement hence the name.

I don't grudge them a home they're not considered a pest to plants, they eat dead and decaying organic matter.

These are brown in color that I’ve got. When I put the pot down on white paper shown in the images above it almost appears like tiny grains of soil were walking away. I’ve seen so many bug issues throughout time yet have never seen these before. I wasn’t sure what to make of them so I dropped 5ml’s of Enzymes Komplete into a gallon of pH’d water and gave everybody a nice drench. Which is one fine aly to have in one’s arsenal, btw. Takes out fungus gnats and any number of detrimentals that may loom within the soil.
