Xpress post USA

Sorry for putting this thread in toke and talk but there are no other forums on this site that would be much more appropriate for this question. Anyway someone I know is looking to buy some 4-aco-met to research and they found a decent company, BCLS. Anyway here is the issue, the best option for shipping off of BCLS is xpress post usa because my friend lives in the us and BCLS is a Canadian based supplier. So the thing with xpress post is that it requires signature and because my friend lives with people that wouldn't support rc research to say the least and because my friend cannot be home at all times to receive and sign for the box he wants to know if there is a way to just ship it directly to a post office and sign for it there. A couple of important things are the box can never be at my friends house or any notes indicating that there ever was a box, also because of the contents of the box he would rather not draw any attention to what is inside. If anyone could help me/him out with this it would be appreciated.

If it is legal then I would not worry about it if illegal you damn sure better not order a large quantity.
