Yeast and Sugar CO2 system question.

I have been using the yeast and sugar system to supply my plants with Co2 through its vegetative stage and it has been working well. I have just switched my plants to 12/12 for flowering and was curious, will the yeast smell accumulate in the bud and produce the potatoe taste that I have seen before?

Just thought of this while I was sitting in my grow room and considering while your plants are gathering Co2 the fans need to be off, so the smell will linger and penetrate the buds I would believe, Mainly I am just looking for someone who has grown using this method before and knows the result of the bud that is produced. :leaf:

yeast you should probably buy in a small can for 3 bucks max, sugar is like 1-2. a gallon of water and you are good.

Does anyone have advice for this? :leaf:

Yea make sure the fans are off, I dont think you are going to need to put that much sugar in... maybe a 1/4 to half that

that should be enough, actually a bit much i believe the recipie calls for about 2 lbs per packet of yeast...your gona have a strong alcohol smell in a couple days esp when u shake...just make sure that the water in the gallon jug isnt too high cause when u shake u get foam and froath that can spill out the hole in the top if u arent carefull...esp since u super saturated the sugar with yeast

aPPARENTLY i WAS JUST USING TOO MUCH YEAST, BEWARE IF YOU USE THIS METHOD THAT YOU DO NOT NEED MORE THAN ONE PACKET OF YEAST PER BOTTLE. Sorry for caps not retyping ;p :leaf:
