So my plants was vegging for a month got nice and bushy shes a trooper since i am a newbi she has been thru hell and back but thought i had her on track shes in soil i had to use out door soil, she is also under 98 watts cfls 3 23 w flood cfls and 2 14 w cfls she has started to get every leaf yellow and brown tips and looks a little droopy idk what to do ive been on here resurching but no luck ive flushed because like a month ago i got desprate for nutes and bought thse cheap fert spikes from frys called jobes i belive they wer like 13-8-10 i realized i fucked up by pushing the stake far in(the little ones about and inch long and a quarter wide size of about a pencil but a littke skinner and onky and inch long) sry dont have pics yet so trying to give plenty of details for help, anyways i relized i messed up and probably burned my plant so i transplanted it and replaces the soil with outdoor soin miricle grow i belive since then my tips have gone yellow and brown 
ive flushed and soil is still wet my draining is good im running out of option ill try to get pics up soon i took her from veg and now trying to flower her with cfls im using 3 5000k fluros and 2 14 w 6500k cfls for vegging i have 5 babies vegging and the one having probs flowering what can i do to avoid the same situation for my babies? And any ideas for my big girl? Btw i am a new member b here for the long haul and i have used this sight for all my reserching, so please dont critasize cfls cause thats what i plan to continue to use done wanna hear about hps or led i dont have alot of money like most ppl on here any help would be very appreciated
