Yellow seedling

This seedling is yellow. Does it have a problem or is it some kind of abnormallity ? The pic isnt real good but if you look close 3 out 4 leaves have a little green dot on them. So is it a freak or some recessive gene ?

Cant really tell by the pic. but, yellow seedlings is usually the cause of nute burn. If u used MG soil, just give it time it'll b alright, it'll just take time for the seedling to use as much nutes as the soil is feeding it.
