Yellowing after LST

So I started to LST my plants and I immediately noticed effects. the lower nodes that had nothing but fan leaves now have new growth tips that grow noticeable by the day. But I also noticed something else... the fan leaves at the base of these nodes began to yellow and at one node even dried to the point where one leaf in its set of 5 crumbled away in my fingers. now because the rest of the plant is extremely healthy I feel this is simply the plant relocating energy to the new growth tips as the fan leaves at that node lost some of their importance.

Just hoping someone could shed a little bit of light on this for me!

what's LST ?

Low stress training maybe ?

It's just a coincidence in my view relative to the lst , your plant is shedding what it no longer needs or no longer can feed.

yea sorry about the acronyms, as a noob I hate seeing a post full of them and here I am using them myself. Yes, I was talking about low stress training. and Clonex, That is what I was thinking. just my first grow and was a little unsettled at first.

Your welcome , remember , people on their first grow always tend to over analyse , it's mainly through worry and by trying to fix things they make things worse , glad to help , try to post pics next time , alot simpler to advise when you do , Peace

Your yellowing is certainly not intrinsic to the LST you did. Probably N deficiency but we need some photos of your plants, and as I have recently learned to be customary when seeking advice without photos on RIU, naked photos of your girlfriend as well lol

No I definitely understand. I just currently dont have a camera good enough :/. cant find it's charger. I have a grow journal but all the pics for that are on phone and while they arent bad from looking at the whole plant, you just really couldnt see the close up I was hoping for this thread.
