Yellowing and Curling on newly planted clones

I just got these plants less than a week ago and put them in one gallon pots. I soaked them and started feeding nutes. ( dyna grow, grow and pro-tek). The ph is about 6.5 and I am using tap water that sits for 2 days. The plants are starting to yellow on leaves and curling and twisting. I watered them the first day and soaked them yesterday after doing some reading but they don't seem to be improving.

Nutrient burn and/or lockout. Back off the nutes, flush them and treat them gently. The soil should be enough for a week or two before you start with the nutes...
