Yellowing from the middle out

This plant was transplanted yesterday from a pure organic soil medium into a mix of about 30-40% perlite and the rest being some of the same soil which I added 2 tablespoons of dolomitic lime plus about 32 oz of water and drained out about half that water before replanting. That soil contains woodchips and seed husks (and maybe other things i cant see).

She's been getting worse constantly since popping up. Lights are 3 x 23 watt cfl at 6700k plus 1 x 55 watt cfl at 2700k. light schedule is 18 on 6 off.

There is one small fan going continuously.

None of the quick guides seem to mention anything that sounds like this problem except maybe manganese, and I think its too early ~3 weeks in for any nutrient issues?

My ph meter is en route so I don't know if thats a problem.
If the soil was previously too acidic, how many days would I need to wait after adding the lime before I find out that was the problem?

Since the problem seems to be getting worse faster, could the soil have been too basic?
