My banana kush plant is starting to spot any idea what to do? Or what it is?

What lights, what substrate, what are you feeding? It could be a couple things but those single leaves just above the cotyledons often do that and die out, it can also be from splashed water. I wouldn't worry about it there with that patterning, yet.
