Yield

I took my plant count down from 78 to 30 on this run to see if I gave them a little more headroom and space, if I could get even remotely close to the same yield.... the nets are full, so maybe??
do you use any side lighting or just overhead sources?

i would think something like a few strips of 2 sided leds down your walkways would add a ton to your yield???

They're on roller trays. They shift 17 inches in both directions from center. I shift the trays twice per day. At noon, all left, and 6pm, all right. So, they're kinda like light movers. I also was not thinking when I built this room out for more electrical outlets on the ceiling.

SOGs are great in flood and drain for that reason. I would never do one if my water wasn't automated. I guess you could use a wand to reach the back ones. That would get old fast.
Hand feeding does get old... that's why I built that feed system. It used to take me 4 hours or so to feed, now it takes about an hour and a half, and most of that time, Im just sitting there watching it work. Takes about 20 min to feed one tray, then I move the feed hose to the next one. Slow feeding in this peat based has proven to be more affective at penetrating that hydrophobic prone medium.

that's screen of green bud which is the same thing as sea of green you can use a trellis net on one or two plants for bud separation and bud support. maybe the lingo is different on this form. That term scrog came about around 5 or 6 years ago when people would confuse sog they would add the cr thinking they were using a screen instead of sea. However yall use it now is whatever is excepted.

Scrog Pre dates 5-6 years fella

My earliest memory of SOG dates back to the 90s, least that's when I first heard of it from all the grow magazines. Apparently it started at the end of the 70s though.
