young clone wilting/dying idk????

hi i just purchased 4 inch tall clone of private reserve og kush and put it in my homemade growbox under 2x40 watt 2700k cfls about 1 1/2 ft away with 2 small fans for intake/outtake.i watered it, put it in fox farm soil, and the next morning i looked and it fell over. any advice thanx.
