use soeing yarn. also fix ytour light. put your light closer to the plant about 2 inches away. thats why you have a long skinny ass plant. move light closer!!!!!!!!:hump:

Don't stake during veg anyway, wanna get your plants as strong as you can before they start packing on weight from buds. Just keep them alive and the lights as close as you can, and the plant will do the work itself.

just try and support it with some dirt or a bottlcap etc for the moment, with the light as close as is safe, and then once it's strong enough to simply stand upright, get the cap out, grow it a bit and then think about getting a fan on it. as Satch sais, you want to get it real nice and strong during veg
