Will zymes break down salt build up in soil? I just started using bio-cozyme.

I've never read such a thing. Collectively the best avoidance for salt in soil is to ensure you don't feed high ppm and bad ratios. Water with 20% run off each feed in flower, you can use 10% or less in veg or when young if sure you have good ppm and ratio. Using lowest ppm possible obviously reduces salt count in the first place while the correct ratios ensure minimum amounts of excess (such as P) but I recall reading the salt is easier picked up by the lower ppm solution that way as well, double win. Salt seems to be at it's most dangerous when the medium dries out and the salt solidifies, as will happen with soil feeding routines. To combat this you can give all plants 1 or 2 liter, basically as much as you can with no run off. Come back in 30min or so and then feed til 20% run off. This should give pockets of salt time to dissolve into liquid and run off.
Also something to consider. Try to keep water at room temp or at-least above cold, I would assume this helps even more in dissolving any salts in dry spots.
