3 gallon smart pot

I’m wondering if I can take my clone in a rockwool cube and place it right in the 3 gallon pot. The 3 gallon will be its final container. I was going to put in a solo cup first then move but was wondering if I can skip that step?

5:20 am i started germ(paper towel method) the 3 strains i am beginning are 3 Laughing Buddha 3 Red Dragon - Both from Barney's Farm 3 Chocolate Haze - Royal Queen Seeds. as soon as seeds pop they will be transfer into either solo cups or final home (3 gallon smart pots). i have not decided...
