730nm

Hi guys, I've just received 2x 30watt 730nm cree LED light bars Would I be causing the plants to shock if I introduce the lighting in week 5 of flower? I have a 2mx2m tent Worried introducing a new light cycle this far into flower might shock them and turn hermie. Thoughts?

I have a multithreaded question about cannabis' light/dark cycles. The tried and true method is 12/12. In the past few years it's been more 11/13 around. We also have the idea that you could start 12/12 and slowly change to 9/15 over the course of growth. Then also we have 730nm sleep...
